Everyone Needs Coaching
Everyone needs coaching. Here's why. No matter what skill you want to develop, the benefit of personal guidance from someone who has mastered that is truly inestimable. Whatever the fee for the coaching is, it is much less than the value of the time you would need to devote to learning the skill through trial and error. Who has the time anyway? But wait! There's more!
Your coach does more than critique your form. She or he assigns exercises and expects you to do them, timely, and to demonstrate your increasing skill. This is how you take it to the next level in your personal and family life and in your business or profession. By developing an ever-increasing ever-improving skillset.
Why would you ever stop training? Not until mastering the skill, at least, but why quit training then? Pilots must take recurrent training. Musicians practice all the time. All professionals go to some kind of school their entire careers.

And coaches need coaching most of all. Coaching is a huge responsibility. Words and tone have enormous subconscious impact. The skills we need as coaches span multiple disciplines, even as we specialize.
